Nick und Chris stoßen bei einem Antiterror-Einsatz in Ägypten auf eine Kammer. Hier entdecken sie die Überreste der bösen Prinzessin Ahmanet, die vor 2.000 Jahren bei lebendigem Leibe mumifiziert worden ist und nun erwacht. Die Mumie bahnt sich einen Weg in die Freiheit, um Unheil über die Welt zu bringen. Nick und die Archäologin Jenny nehmen den Kampf auf, in den sich auch Dr. Jekyll und dessen mysteriöse Organisation einmischen.
